What if I don’t know what to automate?

You don’t need an automation plan. We look at the tasks you repeat, recommend sensible starting points and work through any ideas you bring. Weekly briefs, invoice checks and month-end reporting drafts are examples, not a fixed menu.

Will it work with my tools?

We review your tools, data and access requirements on the free call before agreeing the scope. Connections depend on compatibility and your software plan. We name any required subscriptions before you pay.

How do you help my team actually use it?

Your selected team members join the guided session and get recorded training to revisit. We explain the changes in plain language, address concerns about what AI means for their work and show them how to check the output. Our advisors bring experience introducing software and AI inside large teams.

Can I trust the answers and numbers?

We show your team how to review the output against its supporting sources. AI can make mistakes. Financial outputs are drafts for you and your bookkeeper or accountant to check before using them.

What do I need to prepare?

Provide access to the agreed tools and usable source data, name one internal owner and bring the people you want trained. We confirm the preparation before scheduling the two-hour session. Enterprise projects, complex regulated workflows and custom platforms are scoped separately.

When do I pay, and are there ongoing fees?

The 30-minute fit check is free. We demonstrate relevant examples, check compatibility and agree the exact scope in writing before you pay. Foundation is $1,000 once, with no required Crestview retainer. Your software subscriptions are separate, and any additional work is quoted separately. Booking is not a purchase.
