Your information and choices

We use your application details to prepare and follow up on the demo you request. Your investment answer helps us understand whether the $1,000 setup fits your situation; it is not a purchase or a payment authorization.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, business, the tools you use, recurring tasks or automation ideas, investment answer, country, team size, business type and workflow requirements. We also keep the source campaign, application status, confirmed booking details, and verified payment status when a payment connection is enabled.

Where the information goes

Application records are stored in our application database, hosted in the United States. Cal.com handles scheduling and its booking communications. We don’t send your task description, raw investment answer, or free-text notes to Meta. We do share whether an application meets our fit rules.

Ad measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to share visitor and applicant data with Meta for ad measurement and audience creation. Events include page visits, saved applications, applications that meet our fit rules, confirmed bookings and verified payments when payment tracking is enabled. Matching data includes hashed email and phone, a hashed application identifier, IP address, browser user agent, and available browser and ad-click identifiers. We reuse the application’s matching data when a booking is confirmed. Hashing is used for matching; it does not make the data anonymous.

Measurement is on unless you turn it off here, your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or your browser is set to a European time zone, where it stays off until you allow it. You can use the form and book a demo with it off. Your choice below applies in this browser and to the application saved in this browser.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California visitors and anyone else can use the button below to opt out of sharing data with Meta for advertising. This stops future ad measurement in this browser and for the application saved in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control. It does not cancel your application or booking.
